Client Service & Marketing is the first point of contact for our clients. Whether we are working with large institutional investors or trusted partners who distribute our products in retail markets, our job is to understand their goals and connect them with the right investment solutions. We’re not only focused on sales and generating new business, we always seek to provide existing clients with best-in-class service. Some of our team are entirely client-facing; others provide technical, marketing or administrative support, or build specialist knowledge in specific products or markets that they can share with clients. Whether you’re holding face-to-face meetings or preparing product literature, your aim remains to communicate with our clients clearly and with integrity.
